Find Me

November 12th, 2007

I’m in there. It’s the 2007 Hakata High School teachers. So much awesome in so small a picture. These are the folks I see all the time at my base school.

Sorry about the distortion – I minimized it as much as possible, but the print was really curvy. Oh well. Did you find me? I don’t look like me in this picture at all, I think. But that’s my opinion.

Today was a sick day. Boo. But I finally hit 20,000 words. Yay.

  • No problemo. I'll work on it. Dunno when it'll hit the blog, though. :-)

A quick jest chief, nothing to think over. ;)

Oh, the smiling thing, please do post. You got me wondering now.
  • The one in the skirt? Which one in the skirt? I count 3 in the front row, and happen to know that 2 more were in the ranks somewhere. Hmmm...

The smiling thing has come up before...I just answered a comment on the USJ post I made about the same thing. I'm feeling a post might come of it...hmmm again...

Don't look like yourself eh? Your the one in the skirt, right? :P

One thing I noted in the pic though, was that no one, not even you, is smiling. How come? Just because its a formal picture or something?
  • Awww...too bad, Greg. :-) (Though, if you thought that was bad, you might find it even less appealing when you learn that it's actually more like 1667 words a day...ha ha.)
  • Easy to pick the tall Caucasian out of the crowd.

No - I'm not doing the writing project. Thought about it but just can't imagine banging out 1000 words each day.
  • Ha ha ha - nicely done, Alex. You leave me with only one question...will I not be dead in 2103 because the disease is misreleased in 2104? Or because DeathClock.com suggests I'll die on Friday, September 21, 2068?
  • I took a sick day today, too. I got a minor cold (probably from my flu immunization) and had pink eye! Gross! But I'm all better now.

Oh, by the way - Have I ever told you how relieved I am that you were not affected by the Spanish Influenza Pandemic of 1918 which killed 40 million people?

Oh, another thing - I'm thinking of taking this to the next level with pre-emptive messages of relief or concern.

Deas - I'm so glad that the government-created misreleased disease Alpha-Charlie-8-2 will not have killed you in the year 2103.
