Hey, if they want to lose money by billing me for less than what it cost to
bill me, it's ok by me. Ha ha. I'll just giggle and look forward to the
conversation I'll get to have with the cashier at the convenience store.

This is a total FAIL on the part of KDDI. They spent more money sending you the bill than the actual bill itself.

Wow! You win by 5 whole yen, which may not seem like much, but it's a mere
85% of my bill. Ha ha. 28 yen isn't bad for a 1 minute call, though. Ha ha.
(If you had Yahoo BB Phone it'd have cost you a whopping 2.6 yen. It's 8 yen
for every 3 minutes to North America. Nice.)

Nice! KDDI just sent us a bill for 28 yen yesterday. The detailed printout said it was for a 1-minute call to the states (calling mom and dad to say “turn on the computer and fire up Skype for a video chat” probably).
